Refund policy

All sales are final. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, you may get an EXCHANGE.  NO REFUNDS. All items must be unused, unworn and in the same condition in the original packaging, items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for exchange. YULUAR JEWELLERY INC. reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for lost returned packages it is the customers responsibility to provide tracking number for the return.
